Blue and green locs spill and curl around his head like they have a mind of their own, and he doesn’t care. NOLA Rock Star has that “long hair, don’t care” energy: unbothered, untamed, completely in his own world.
His face is lit in electric yellow, lime green, magenta, and violet, but his expression stays cool and nonchalant. His purple eyes look straight out of the canvas, watching you. In this piece the roles are reversed: you came to look at the art, but he is studying you.
The flat grey background keeps the attention on him, the way a stage spotlight follows a rock star.
