Some art asks you to think. This piece asks you to stop overthinking.
“Philosophical NONSENSE” is about the worries we rehearse in our heads: the disasters that never come, and the weight we carry for things that only exist in our imagination. The title is the punchline. Life is real and worth taking seriously, but the fear that it won’t go right is mostly nonsense, and it deserves a laugh.
At the center is the afro, full, free, and taking up space. It doesn’t ask permission and it doesn’t shrink. Here it stands for joy, confidence, and the power of showing up as exactly who you are, crown out.
Every time you reach for this tumbler, it’s a small reminder to lighten up, laugh louder, and trust that everything is going to be more than fine.
